Six times in two weeks between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm call comes in, I answer, get no response,just dead air. My defence now is offence, when call comes in and there is nobody on the line, I keep line open," you know don't hang-up, just set phone on table and walk away". this will cost them in time and minutes, slow system to a crawl!!!

Caller said he represented "the state of Idaho." Not a state agency. Survey was asking about the federal government. Would not say the name of his company hired by the state of Idaho. I refused to participate in this survey, because I didn't know exactly who hired this company. I don't think it is legal for the State of Idaho to hire a company to conduct a survey?

If these people are willing to use their valuable time to call why don't they leave a message. It is extremely annoying to find these numbers on caller ID several times a day, is there any way to stop this. You can only block so many numbers.

These people have called numerous times in the last two weeks. We have never answered and they have never left a message. Today, Sunday, 9-14-2008 they have called 5 times.
