The voice was that of a woman; however, it sounds very robotic, leading me to think that this is a computer generated call. I am supposed have someone wanting to settle with me; however, I am not behind on any bills; have my car and house paid for; have only one credit card that is current; and have never had so much as a parking ticket. I guess I will find out (?) who is after me.....

I have no idea who they are I have about 20 numbers blocked which all start with 717(200 They seem to just change the last four numbers in their phone number but this is getting annoying they call every day from early in the morning or late evening it's really becoming irritating.
